Woodland native american ball club – circa 1900-1910 – made of wood, possibly cottonwood or lenden wood. handcarved with otter effigy on the top of the ball. Haft wrapped at the bottom with textile material cotton and linen and brass tacks. Perfect patina of the time.
Lenght of the ball club: 20,86 inches (53 cm).
Provenance: Rosebud Indian reservation South Dakota.
